ahhh I'm freaking out a bit here ;n;
So I work in a city office, desk job, boring blah blah. For the most part, I just answer phones and play secretary all day. But occasionally, since I'm the only one in the office who knows how to use Photoshop, they have me like spruce up old pamphlets or simple things like that. In the office, I'm the unofficial "graphic designer".
But let's get one thing straight. I am NOT a professional. I don't have any school for this, and have zero training, beyond what I'm picked up over the years myself.
So when I say what I'm going to say next, you'll know why I'm panicking.
In my city, they're building a new sports stadium. Big deal, really fancy, the whole works.
Monday, a girl from some administrative branch something or another, came to me, and wanted me to design a logo for her.
A professional logo.
For the flagpole (and possibly a flag as well) for the stadium. This thing is actually going to be right at the front of the stadium, where everyone will see it.

Ffffff asdsfglkl;k I don't know what the heck I'm doing! Why are they asking ME to do this? I'm not even a real graphic designer, I just make fliers and stuff. ;;n;;
And she wants this professional logo...by tomorrow.
I don't even have a good computer at work OR a tablet (I bring my own if I need it and the computer I use was bought in 2002...). Yeah.
I don't really know WHO thought this was a good idea, but I can only guess it's because they have no money to hire a pro. Dx
asdlskfglkfg;;
Freak out mode.
